CLUB HISTORY courtesy of the Football Club History Database

Formed in a pub in Swansea in 1964, they joined the Swansea Senior League Division 6 - then proceeded to take the league by storm in winning promotion in every successive year, rising like a lift to Division 1.

Since then they've proved to be almost a fixture at the top of the league, and have won many local cups and trophies, claiming some notable scalps such as Swansea City on two occasions in the West Wales Cup.

Nevertheless, for all that they have shown a remarkable reluctance in the past to take on the expense of competing at a regional level. However, their magnificent victory in the FAW trophy over Welsh Alliance side Rhydymwyn, having disposed of Welsh League clubs Risca & Gelli United, Tillery and Treharris Athletic may well have been the impulse that drove them to to accept the challenge of football on the regional stage in the Welsh pyramid.
